1. General: All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and are exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). The applicable VAT amount will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout.

3. Online Credit/Debit Card & Wallet Payments (via Ziina Payment Gateway):
   • We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as various wallet payments, securely processed through the Ziina Payment Gateway.
   • Your financial information is encrypted and handled directly by the payment gateway for your security.
   • Please note that for online transfers, the time it takes for funds to clear and credit our account may cause delays in dispatch and delivery.

7. Shipping and Delivery

1. Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Delivery Time: Once dispatched, you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days.
3. Factors Affecting Delivery: Please be aware that the dispatch and delivery times may be extended due to various reasons, including but not limited to:
   • Customer unresponsiveness or payment issues (e.g., delayed COD payments, time taken for online transfer to clear).
   • Customer requests for later delivery.
   • Customer not being present at the delivery location.
   • Government regulations or unforeseen bank issues.
4. Bulk Deliveries: Our items are typically sent in bulk via vehicles capable of carrying four or more items. We do not use two-wheelers or bicycles for deliveries.
5. Parking & Collection: Please ensure that parking is available at your delivery location for our vehicles. If not, you may need to come and collect your order from a nearby location after discussing with our driver.
6. Delivery Location Changes: If there are any changes to your delivery location, you must inform us before the order is out for delivery. Failure to do so may result in additional charges on the delivery fee.
7. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges vary according to shipping zones, commonly ranging from 15 AED to 35 AED.
8. Shipping Restrictions: Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions.

8. Returns and Refunds
